They encourage students to seek knowledge beyond. They create a safe and inclusive space where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their identities. By fostering critical thinking, creativity, and empathy, teachers equip students with the tools needed to understand the world around them and make informed decisions. Teachers are the gatekeepers of knowledge, empowering students with the skills, information, and understanding necessary to thrive in the world.
